What to expect in your first session (most FAQs)?

This is one of the most FAQs. In the first session physiotherapist, you will require a detailed medical history from you, to build up a clinical diagnosis. In some cases, you may be referred for further investigation to confirm the diagnosis.

What do I need to bring with me?

You are expected to wear loose clothing to allow examination of the appropriate part; however, you have all rights to decline if you are not comfortable.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept all the major credit and debit cards including american express.

Are you registered with HPC?

Yes all our physiotherapists are registered with health Professions council and are member of chartered society of physiotherapy.

Do you offer weekends and late evening appointments?

We offer late appointment and weekend appointments at our Surbiton and Covent garden Clinic.

How long are the sessions?

Initial consultations are 45mins to 60 mins and follow ups are for 30 minutes.

Can I pay through my health insurance?

Yes we are registered with all the major health insurance companies. You just need to provide us with your authorisation code and we will do the rest.

Do you have free parking?

Unfortunately we do not have any free parking facility in Covent Garden.
